Shipping cost is non-refundable. Giraffy Co. will pay for the return cost. <br>- Opened but Unused Items: Can be returned but not exchanged. If the item package is opened but the item is unused, we can arrange a return. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. A restock fee of CAD 15 plus 30% of the product's retail price (after any discounts) will be charged.<br>- Used Items: If the item is used, we cannot accept a return or exchange.</p> <p>3. <strong>Custom-made products</strong>: All custom-made products or products that have been engraved or printed for custom purposes are final sale.
