If you find that your purchase does not meet your needs, you can return it to us under the following conditions:</p> <p>1. <strong>Time Frame</strong>: You may return your purchase within 30 days from the date of receipt. The date you receive your product is counted as the first day.</p> <p>2. <strong>Condition of Items</strong>:<br>- Unopened and Unused Items: If the item is unopened and unused, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. Shipping cost is non-refundable. Giraffy Co. will pay for the return cost. <br>- Opened but Unused Items: Can be returned but not exchanged. If the item package is opened but the item is unused, we can arrange a return. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. A restock fee of CAD 15 plus 30% of the product's retail price (after any discounts) will be charged.<br>- Used Items: If the item is used, we cannot accept a return or exchange.</p> <p>3. <strong>Custom-made products</strong>: All custom-made products or products that have been engraved or printed for custom purposes are final sale. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to a product quality issue.</p> <p>4. <strong>Product Quality Issues/Warranty</strong>: If there is a quality issue with the product, we will assist you in contacting the brand to process the warranty.</p> <p>5. <strong>Contact Us</strong>: For any problems with your order, please contact us immediately.</p> <p>6. <strong>Return Procedure</strong>:<br>- Apply for a return/refund on your order page. Or reach out to us through email <a href="mailto:info@giraffyco.com">info@giraffyco.com</a><br>- We may ask for images to confirm if the item is used or the package has been opened.<br>- Repackage your products in their original packaging.<br>- Drop off the package at your nearest post office.</p> <p>7. <strong>Refund Processing</strong>: Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to process once the returned product is received by our warehouse.</p> <p><strong>Note</strong>: All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging. We do not reimburse shipping or return fees, except in cases of incorrect order fulfillment, for which we will provide a return label via email at no cost to you.</p> </div>
