If you find that your purchase does not meet your needs, you can return it to us under the following conditions:</p> <p>1. <strong>Time Frame</strong>: You may return your purchase within 30 days from the date of receipt. The date you receive your product is counted as the first day.</p> <p>2. <strong>Condition of Items</strong>:<br>- Unopened and Unused Items: If the item is unopened and unused, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. Shipping cost is non-refundable. Giraffy Co. will pay for the return cost. <br>- Opened but Unused Items: Can be returned but not exchanged. If the item package is opened but the item is unused, we can arrange a return. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. A restock fee of CAD 15 plus 30% of the product's retail price (after any discounts) will be charged.<br>- Used Items: If the item is used, we cannot accept a return or exchange.</p> <p>3. <strong>Custom-made products</strong>: All custom-made products or products that have been engraved or printed for custom purposes are final sale.
